GPS-Mapping is a company focused on using GPS for surveying and mapping.
We've been involved in the GPS surveying/mapping business for more than 10 years and have done work in North America, Asia, Eastern Europe and Western Europe and have supported GPS users in Africa, Middle East, South America, Australia and New Zealand via email/telephone communications. We have associations with companies in most regions of North America and a few other countries so we have regional support for larger projects when needed.
GPS-Mapping has partnered with experts in GIS and graphic design fields that can take our GPS data and create amazing products with it.
We use/operate ArcView GIS, MapInfo and AutoCAD 2000 software programs as well as a number of other CAD and GPS software tools.
If you need an experienced company to contract your GPS mapping or surveying, we have the experience and equipment to do it...from 5 meter accuracy down to 1cm accuracy. We operate "state-of-the-art" mapping-grade and RTK survey-grade GPS equipment.
If you choose to equip and train your employees to operate GPS mapping and survey equipment, why not learn from the people who use it themselves? We have had over 1,000 students complete our accredited workshops all over North America and Europe.
If you want to purchase mapping or survey-grade equipment, we have special relationships with manufacturers to get you the best bang for your buck on GPS mapping and surveying equipment. Let us know your requirements and we'll do our best to find a product to fit your needs.
This company was created by people who not only understand GPS technology but also use it. We own and operate "state-of-the-art" mapping and survey-grade GPS equipment in our normal course of business. We are familiar in using equipment from manufacturers such as CMT, Trimble Navigation, Leica Geosystems, Magellan/Ashtech, Novatel, Motorola and Garmin.
